In this nourishing Inner Peace Qigong workshop, you will learn a 7-step series of foundational healing movements and practices designed to gently release emotional tension, calm the nervous system, and restore the natural flow of Qi (life-force energy) throughout the body. Through guided movement, breath, and awareness, the body is encouraged to let go of stored stress and return to a state of balance and ease. After completing the sequence, you will rest quietly, allowing the effects of the practice to settle. You’ll leave with a take-home practice you can return to any time—an easy, effective way to reset your energy and maintain balance in daily life. Grief touches us all. It lives not only in loss, but in change, heartbreak, unmet dreams, and the chapters of life that quietly close. Grief can be held in the body, the nervous system, and the heart - often unspoken, yet deeply felt. In this two-hour restorative yoga experience, you will learn (1) what grief is and how it affects us emotionally, mentally, and physically; (2) how restorative yoga can support healing of grief, past or present; and (3) how to create space to calm the nervous system and gain release.
