This 3-part workshop series is designed to help you move better, whether your goal is to feel stronger, reduce stiffness, improve performance, or stay pain-free doing the things you love. Using principles from Kinstretch and Functional Range Conditioning, each session focuses on building strength, control, fluidity. You’ll learn how to actively expand your range of motion, improve joint health, and build a body that feels capable and resilient. Each workshop stands on its own, but together they create a complete, progressive system for full-body mobility. For best results, participants are encouraged to attend all 3 sessions, as each one builds on the previous. WHEN: Three consecutive Saturdays starting June 6 from 2 to 4 pm. Weather permitting, celebrate the summer solstice with this all-level early morning sunrise flow guided by Angie. Yes, it's very early in the morning (5:30 am). But it's only once a year, and you'll feel SO good afterwards. This year's celebration will take place in Tall Oaks Park at the bottom of Elmwood Ave S. in Port Credit .
