At Resilience Yoga we'll help you feel better, move better, and sleep better. We focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and proper alignment. We don’t offer hot, sweaty, packed classes where things move too fast for you. From the beginner to the seasoned yogi, we provide a professional experience in a welcoming and non-judgmental community.
Friendly, welcoming studio in Lorne Park, just west of Port Credit, Ontario. We offer in-person, live-streamed, and on-demand yoga and fitness classes. All in-person classes take place in a regular temperature environment.
